In-House Facilities · Turnkey Production
Eight production lines, from tooling to finished goods—all under one roof
Jintai's turnkey production flow covers tooling design and development, die-casting/stamping, injection molding, precision machining, painting and surface finishing, and final assembly—all completed in-house at our Group's Dongguan facility, Litai Hardware. Below is the equipment scale and daily output of each production line—this is the concrete basis for not having to source different parts from different suppliers.
Production line capability overview
| Machine System | Qty | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Die-casting line | 17 machines | 80–160-ton zinc alloy die-casting machines with automatic feeding; lock bodies, cylinders, keys, cabinet lock housings, etc.; daily output over 200,000 pieces |
| Stamping line | 25 machines | 5–400-ton electric/pneumatic/variable-speed/straight-side presses plus shearing machines; copper, iron, stainless steel, and sheet metal; daily output over 350,000 pieces |
| Injection molding line | 15 machines | 30–250-ton vertical and horizontal machines; PP, ABS, PU, POM, PVC, nylon; daily output over 60,000 pieces |
| Machining line | — | Grinding, drilling, tapping, turning, welding, polishing; average daily output over 800,000 pieces |
| Painting line | Conveyor line | Full-line painting equipment with antimicrobial coating capability |
| Tooling line | In-house | Lathes, grinders, milling machines, EDM, wire cutting; stamping/plastic/die-casting tooling made in-house for short lead times |
| Assembly line | — | Automatic cylinder pinning machines, laser marking machines, automatic machining centers plus inline inspectors; average daily output over 100,000 pieces |

Why this matters to buyers
Eight production lines operating under one management system means three things: in-house tooling keeps development cycles and mold modification costs under control; having die-casting, stamping, and injection molding in-house means metal and plastic parts for the same lock don't need to be outsourced; and assembly lines with inline inspectors keep quality responsibility intact across the supply chain. For brand buyers, this is the physical foundation of a single point of accountability.
