Fully In-House Development from Mechanism to Cloud — Not Assembled from Off-the-Shelf Modules

With 46 years of mechanical lock design experience, Jintai has transitioned to electronic smart locks: fingerprint cabinet locks, RFID card cabinet locks, Touch-Key panel cabinet locks, and Bluetooth cabinet locks. All mechanisms, UI, software, and hardware are designed and validated in-house, rather than assembled from off-the-shelf modules. Module suppliers often fit existing modules onto lock bodies, which can overlook lock body security and lock industry standards — this is precisely where Jintai, with its mechanical lock manufacturing background, has the advantage.

How Mechanical Lock Customers Can Upgrade to Smart Locks Seamlessly

Jintai's electronic cabinet locks can often be directly installed in the original 19ψ bore size without additional drilling — existing customers using traditional mechanical locks can upgrade directly to electronic smart products without changing their current finished product model.

Some products come in both personal and public versions, corresponding to two management scenarios for lockers: "dedicated to one person" and "shared rotation". Basic management includes administrator fingerprints, administrator passwords, anti-copy management cards, and E-Keys, while advanced management uses the Bluetooth APP to set access permissions, view logs, and authorize remotely.

High-Security Mechanical Locks Remain the Foundation

Intelligence does not mean abandoning the mechanical core business. Take high-security locks as an example: brass casing, bright chrome-plated lock cylinder, grooved key, 9-pin tumbler mechanism, providing 10,000 key combinations, with customizable master key options as needed, compliant with RoHS and REACH standards — this level of mechanical security is the foundation for electronic lock bodies.
